These FREE one-day workshops with Reverend Greg Coles are part of three regional trainings the Great Lakes Unity Region now offers annually to support ministry boards and leaders to cultivate thriving spiritual communities.
 These workshops are a great opportunity to: 
- Develop your board and leadership
- Network with other boards and leaders 
- Share and learn best practices to address your needs and opportunities 
- Create dynamic, thriving and sustaining ministries in our Great Lakes Region
- Stay for the weekend and create your own Board/Leadership retreat around this
