LICENSED UNITY TEACHER MINISTRY TEAM

The Licensed Unity Teacher Ministry Team (LUTMT) serves as a platform where active LUTs and LT Candidates can be involved with service in the Great Lakes Unity Region.

Janith Griffith, LUT Regional Representative is the team chair, and GLUR board liaison. The primary purpose for this team is:

• Cultivate a “Mentoring and Training Program” for upcoming/ongoing LUT Representatives/LUT Alternates
• Create a platform for LUTs and LT candidates for service in the GLUR
• Provide team support, in which team members assist the LUT Rep/Alternate in projects, activities, and educational events

• Encourage team spirit, support leadership, and team building by creating possibilities of spiritual enrichment
• Commitment to serve and support the LUTs/Candidates of the GLUR
   

The LUTMT provides a platform for leadership opportunities. This team has developed over the past year through interested Individuals with a desire to gain more knowledge about the LUT Representative/Alternate positions. Participating as a member on the team allows each member to develop a deeper understanding of Unity Principles, as well as, leadership.  Each member will become a valuable asset to other LUTs, the Region, their ministers, as well as, their church communities as they grow and contribute as part of the Ministry Team.
